Development of the company
The Warehousing Company, Inc. was established on 26 August 2013 and entered into the Commercial Register on 4 September 2013. The founding shareholders of the company are TRANSPETROL, a. s. and the State Material Reserves Administration. The shareholders acquired the shares to the extent of the paid-up deposits, which were made in the form of in-kind contributions, by contributing storage facilities for the storage of crude oil and petroleum products.
The Storage Company, Inc. was established with the principal business of "storage of crude oil and petroleum products", of which the Emergency Petroleum and Petroleum Products Agency is the major customer.
The company started its business activities immediately after its establishment. Since 2014, in addition to its core business, it has also started to provide storage rental services.
The Warehousing Company, Inc. intends to continue to diversify its business activities in the coming periods. It intends to achieve this objective mainly by increasing the revenues from the rental of storage facilities as well as by increasing the number of business partners for which it intends to provide its services.
