The main business activity of the Company for Storage, a. s. is the storage of crude oil and petroleum products. The activities of storage and maintenance of emergency stocks of crude oil and petroleum products are mainly carried out by Spoločnost' pro skladovanie, a.s. for the Agency for Emergency Stocks of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products.
In 2021, the Warehousing Company, Inc. planned to receive EUR 25 908 501 from this activity on the basis of the storage contract. The company has succeeded in achieving 100 % of this plan.
In order to diversify its business activities, the company leases storage facilities for the storage of petroleum products. The most significant business partner in this segment in 2021 was the Association for Storage of Inventory, Inc.
On the basis of the concluded contracts, the Company for Storage, a. s. planned to obtain revenues of EUR 1 641 270 from this activity in 2021. Thanks to the business activities of the company's management, this plan has been achieved 100 %.
In 2021, the focus on the "core business", i.e. crude oil storage, was confirmed, accounting for 93.92% of total revenue from economic activity.
